Sean is our expert in physical conditioning and a key adviser to our sports massage therapist. With extensive experience in strength and conditioning, he plays a vital role in optimising athletic performance for our clients. 

Sean collaborates closely with our massage therapist, offering insights on tailored exercise routines and performance enhancement techniques. 

His knowledge helps ensure that every sports massage is not only focused on alleviating pain and promoting recovery, but also aligned with each athlete’s conditioning plan to boost athletic performance. 

 

Sean offers 1 to 1 personal training as well as individual training programmes. All clients of Sean Mcnally Personal Training receive a discount on TST Sports Massage Sessions.
